Texas Rock House is 3 bdrm/2 bath house, with a farmhouse vibe. The house is located 1/2 mile from the San Marcos Outlet Mall, 10 min. from Gruene, and 10 min. from San Marcos. It features a long back porch w/swing. There is also a very large backyard, and a fenced area with a Miniature Longhorn and a Miniature Brahma. There are (3) video cameras that are located on the Back Porch, Kitchen & Hallway. The cameras in the Kitchen & Hallway are facing the doors and are insurance requirements. The space The house has a large porch that extends the whole length of the house, facing east, with a porch swing that faces the fields - perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sun come up. Inside there is a large living room with lots of seating, an antique piano, and a wood burning fireplace. In the kitchen there is an antique wooden dining table that seats (6) Guest access The house and surrounding yards are what are included in the rental.
