Nice house with private garden 3 min from the water

Our amazing cottage is perfect for coziness and relaxation as well as a child-friendly vacation. We have a lovely living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a guest house for overnight guests, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. The house is decorated in Scandinavian style. In summer, you can enjoy the garden that is completely shielded from view, sit on the terrace with sun all day, barbecue and enjoy the view while the children jump on the trampoline, play soccer or play in the playhouse. The space The home The house consists of an open-plan kitchen with the living room and dining room. There is a room with a double bed and a bedroom with built-in bunk beds with proper mattresses 90x200 and a crib. There is also a guest house with a double bed size 180x200 and a single bed 90x200. The house is insulated year-round with a heat pump and fireplace that can heat the house all year round. The garden has two terraces, a large garden without prying eyes with sun all day. There are plenty of activities and games in the garden, a new trampoline with safety net, playhouse, and soccer goal. Other things to note Please note that in the high season from 06-26 to 08-15, it is only possible to book a minimum of 7 nights. The house is taken over cleaned and must be left cleaned and in the same condition as it is taken over. There will be a cleaning and inspection fee of DKK 350. Bring bed linen and towels for your own use.
