The cottage is fully furnished, with a garden and heating (goat). It is located on the grounds of a larger complex of a former military holiday resort. Rent only for year-round periods. The right of rent is associated with the right of free access to the beach in the "Julia" resort. All rental costs must be added to the rent. The contract is only for 1 year or several years.
