A large family home of 480 m² for 13 to 15 people, an hour from Paris. South-facing terrace overlooking the valley and the Romanesque abbey of Morienval, indoor pool heated to 28°C all year round, large living room with fireplace, six themed bedrooms under the roof trusses. Games room with table tennis and table football in the neighboring barn. The Château de Pierrefonds is 7 km away, and the Forest of Compiègne surrounds the property. The space THE HOUSE A 19th-century farmhouse renovated with its original materials: stone walls, exposed beams, chandelier made of deer antlers. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room for 15 people, and an open kitchen under a glass roof, equipped for cooking for fifteen. Laundry room with washer and dryer. THE POOL In the old adjoining barn, there is an indoor pool heated to 28°C, open year-round regardless of the weather. ROOMS Upstairs, six themed bedrooms: Polo, Fox Hunting, Shooting, Golf, Horseback Riding, all with a 180 × 200 cm bed. The sixth bedroom, in the attic with three single beds, is accessed through the adjacent bedroom: an ideal suite for parents with their children. Five bathrooms with toilet, walk-in shower or bathtub. Two extra beds bring the capacity to 15 people. OUTSIDE The terrace runs the full length of the house, facing the valley: summer dinners under the stars. On the courtyard side, there is a dovecote and an enclosed courtyard, which are lit up in the evening. FOR LARGE GROUPS L'Instant La Ferme (15 people) is in the same courtyard: together, the two houses accommodate 28–30 people. Instant Nature (10 people) is just a few minutes away: the property accommodates up to 40 people. Guest access The entire house is yours: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, terrace, garden and indoor pool. The games room in the barn (ping-pong, foosball) is shared with L'Instant La Ferme. Self check-in using a lockbox. Parking behind the game room. Other things to note Indoor pool: €350 surcharge per stay, to be paid on site. Bed linen and towels provided. In winter, a basket of firewood awaits you for the fireplace. Dogs welcome: €25 per day per dog. No EV charging station.
