Out of sight, between culture and nature, come and experience a moment... This large family home, located on the heights of Morienval, can accommodate up to 15 people. The space "L'Instant" overlooks a pretty farmyard with a beautiful dovecote on one side and a large terrace overlooking a beautiful valley and the magnificent Abbey of Morienval as well as its David Austin rose garden on the other. The view is breathtaking and the terrace allows you to spend beautifully starry summer evenings. Past the porch, you will discover its 19th century farmhouse, timeless, warm and friendly. Located on the heights of Morienval, this former farm building has been completely renovated with original materials, respecting the country chic style. Its living-dining room with rustic furniture and refined decoration as well as the kitchen will make you spend idyllic moments. After a day of activities, you will undoubtedly enjoy a moment of relaxation in front of the fireplace or on the terrace overlooking the woods and plains of the valley as well as the Abbey of Morienval and its 11th century Romanesque church as well as its David Austin rose garden. L'Instant can accommodate 13 people through its five spacious and refined bedrooms, including a master suite with an adjoining bedroom that can accommodate 3 people. All bedrooms can be equipped with either a 180 X 200 double bed or two 90 X 200 single beds. Two bedrooms are also equipped with an armchair that can be used as an extra bed. The bedrooms are all equipped with a private bathroom with either walk-in showers or a bathtub, toilet and a large plasma screen. Each room has a particular theme that is related to the leisure activities practiced in the region. In the bedrooms the framework has remained exposed. Thus the marriage of wood, heights and colors will transport you to a warm atmosphere. All bedrooms also have beautiful views of the valley. Our services On the ground floor, "l'Instant" has a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The living room is equipped with a fireplace. In winter we will provide you with a basket of wood, allowing you to fully enjoy L'Instant in a warm atmosphere. Upstairs you will find 5 bedrooms including a master suite (double bedroom with an adjoining bedroom with 3 beds) all equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Three bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and two with a spacious bathtub. The maximum capacity is 15 people as 2 bedrooms have an extra bed that can be used for children. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the house. All you have to do is tell us how you want to equip the rooms (i.e. one double bed or two single beds). No pets except dogs allowed at "L'Instant". You will have the option to come with your dogs if you wish. The rate is €25/day/dog. An internet connection is also available for your use. We will also try to accommodate any needs or requests you may have. For access to the indoor pool, a supplement of €350 is required (to be paid on site). The pool is heated year-round to 27-28°. For animals, we ask for an extra €25 per day per animal.
