The space The 65 m² Rosa apartment is a self-contained unit with a separate entrance. There is a cozy Tyrolean parlor with tiled stove and sofa bed and TV and access to the terrace, a large, fully equipped bright kitchen with tiled stove and dining area, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a dining room. Almost all windows have a fly screen and a blackout. The outdoor areas are particularly beautiful: a sunny terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains and the Inn Valley with sun and wind protection with a dining area and sun loungers. A private garden with barbecue and lounger under a large tree invites you to linger. Guest access The apartment is a separate accommodation that can be reached from the large private parking lot via a few steps. A private entrance and private terrace ensure maximum privacy. Other things to note In Tyrol there is a tourist tax of 2.60 euros per person per night. This is collected on site.
