The space Our apartment is decorated with travelers and long term guests in mind. It is fully furnished to make your stay very comfortable like staying at the comforts of your own home. The living area of this 50 sqm unit has a 4-seater dining table, a good quality sofa, a nice coffee table and a flat screen TV. The bedroom has a full size mattress. The bathroom has a bath tub with a large vanity mirror just above the sink. A front-load washer/dryer is provided for your laundry. We have also provided basic cooking and china ware to help you prepare your own meals. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Our Swimming pool is closed every Monday for regular maintenance. Beach entrance fee is 350Php per person for short term stays. Amenity access is subject to change without prior notice as implemented by the condo admin. Other things to note The condo unit is located on the 16th floor of 8 Newtown Blvd Cluster 1. Being a corner unit, the balcony has a great view of the Mactan strait, the pool while the Mactan Newtown Beach greets you from the bedroom window.
