Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the double bedroom. The outdoor area includes a shared swimming pool (open from 01.06 to 20.09) and a reserved parking space. From the Residence you reach the beach and the lakeside promenade using a passage through stairs. Malcesine is famous for its winds that blow with a certain constancy, vary from area to area and in intensity from morning to afternoon; they are ideal for both those who want to learn and for those who want to improve or train. Many internationally renowned athletes come to train or live on Lake Garda. Sailing, surfing and kite schools are available for you to enjoy these winds and the Malcesine Sailing Club welcomes from beginners to the most experienced sailors.
