3 bedroom summer apartment with great sea views

A short walk from the center of Kalkan, this bright and airy 3 bedroom apartment has everything a family needs to enjoy their vacation. Although it shares the pool with 3 other apartments, the huge nature of the pool terrace means there is plenty of space for all guests to enjoy without feeling cramped here. While it's very rare for all guests to use the facilities at the same time, there are spacious deck chairs, umbrellas, and dining areas for all guests. The space The accommodation has two floors. The Ground floor consists of an open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area and its own small outdoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is well equipped and adjoins an indoor dining area for six. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD player in the lounge. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom that shares a shared bathroom with lounge area. There are two double bedrooms on the upper floor with balconies with sea views and an en-suite bathroom. These two bedrooms have magnificent sea views. The apartments are situated literally within a 5-10 minute walk of the centre. For this reason, it is an ideal choice for guests who do not want to drive during their holidays. Two adjacent pool floor apartments belong to us and can be rented together to accommodate a total of 12 guests. Guests can benefit from indoor private parking and Wi-Fi internet and have air conditioning throughout the facility. Guest access Guests can use all parts of their space.
