In Winter, enjoy ice fishing right outside your door and explore nearby snowmobile trails. With 100 feet of lakefront on a private lake, it’s easy to unwind and enjoy everything nature has to offer. Enjoy the lakefront year-round, whether you’re swimming, fishing, or simply taking in the view. Wake up to beautiful sunrises and a peaceful morning mist drifting across the water. Keep an eye out for local wildlife too—bald eagles are often spotted soaring over the lake, along with deer, Canadian geese, and graceful blue herons. Located just half mile from the scenic Pere Marquette Trail, you’ll have easy access to snowmobiling, biking, and hiking adventures depending on the season. Lake Lure offers some of the best fishing in the county whether you are targeting pike, bass, crappie, perch or bluegills. Fish off the dock or by using the provided kayaks. Winter visitors will love the incredible ice fishing on Lake Lure—just bring your gear and get ready for a memorable experience on the ice. Sandy beach area with fire pit. One queen bed, one bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a queen bed on the bottom. There’s a full fold out couch as well. In total, this allows for 6-7 guests to comfortably share sleeping arrangements. Guest access Guests have access to the house and property. Other things to note There is not a public boat launch on the lake. It is a 55 acre no wake lake with excellent fishing. There are several Kayaks and a rowboat with a trolling motor available to use. Swimming platform available May - September. ______________________ We’re happy to welcome pets at our home! To keep the space enjoyable for all guests, please follow these guidelines: **Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the beds without using the pet blankets that are provided. **Please do not leave pets alone in the home unless they are appropriately crated. **Be sure to clean up after your pets when they relieve themselves outside. Pet waste bags are available on the deck post. **Help us by keeping pet evidence (hair, sand, accidents) to a minimum. We’re proud to remain a pet-friendly home without charging an extra fee—as long as everyone helps us keep the home clean and comfortable for all future guests. 🐾 ______________________ The driveway has an incline. In winter, 4WD/AWD or FWD with good tires is recommended. Backing into the driveway makes exiting easier. We’ll keep it plowed, but Michigan weather can be unpredictable. —————
