The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck. The space The studio is a cosy hideaway on the outskirts of Hobart's CBD. Located at the rear of our house, the studio is completely separate and private. This modern self-contained studio features polished concrete flooring and deluxe fittings. It is nestled in a luxurious private garden providing a sense of tranquillity but is located within a short walking distance of Hobart's city attractions and waterfront. The kitchen area has a convection microwave, toaster, kettle and small fridge. A BBQ on your private deck is provided for outdoor cooking. There is a wood heater and electric panel heating to keep the space toasty if you are travelling in the cooler months. Please note there are a number of stairs to navigate to the studio. On street parking is available & there is easy access to public transport. The perfect base from which to explore everything wonderful Hobart has to offer. Flexible check-in/out available where possible upon request. The key will be in a lock box and contact details will be included upon booking. Guest access The studio is accessed via an entrance gate to the side of the house. There are a number of stairs to negotiate so please be mindful of this when booking. Access to the studio is via lockbox and the code will be provided a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note From the street entrance there are a number of steps to the studio. The studio is quite separate and private from our house as it is up the back of our property. Approximately once a fortnight Ivano holds a 'pop-up' restaurant for 15 people in our home. We adopted a dog called George (he is a Groodle) in June 2024, he is mainly inside the main house but please let us know if you have any allergies or aversions to dogs.
