Peaceful private entrance suite in Ann Arbor

Our suite, located in the lower level of our home, is simple, clean and well appointed. We are in a quiet neighborhood setting with a spacious living area which includes a kitchenette, full bath, one bedroom, peaceful patio deck with gas grill, and beautiful view with mature trees. There is a pleasant walking path adjacent to our property. The space Private bedroom with a queen bed, private bath with shower, fully equipped kitchenette including microwave, toaster oven, double hot plate, full size refrigerator, Keurig with coffee/tea provided, private entrance, large living room, mature trees on an acre. We also have a comfortable queen size bed that is tucked in the corner of the living room area to accommodate two more people. Guest access Full access to the lower level. We will also be available by phone. Other things to note Please note that there is a slight downhill walk to the suite. Also note, we have security cameras at the driveway and at the patio door.
