Luxury cottage in a first class scenic location - with close attention to details. Magnificent views towards the lake "Gróthúsvatn", the ocean, mountains and fields with sheep and vivid birdlife. Accessible to wheelchairs. Accommodation for 8 persons, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. In the loft, there are 2 single beds, partly shielded and a sofabed which sleeps 2. Wellness package includes outdoor jacuzzi, tub with cold water, sauna, bathrobes & Weber gasgrill. Electricity is included. The space Outdoors there is a ramp for wheelchair users, leading up to a wide front door and the deck. The toilet is spacious and equipped with an elevation bathtub/changing bed. There are no level differences on the ground floor and one of the bedrooms has an extra wide door. The loft however, is only accessible by very steep stairs and therefore not user friendly to the physically impaired. Guest access The guests have the house and is amenities to themselves.
