Cabin near the sea

We rent out a cottage on our property. It is located in a lush and nice area about 200 meters from the sea. There are good opportunities for both fishing and swimming. The cottage has a sleeping loft and tiled bathroom. It also has a lovely porch overlooking a meadow with horses. The space The area we live in is the beginning of Karlshamn's amazing archipelago. There are archipelago boats from Karlshamn out to the islands. It is 6 km to Karlshamn city center, where the archipelago boats depart from. Swimming facilities are 200 meters from our property. Both a cliff bath with ladder and a cove for those who have difficulty walking from the cliffs/ladder. 4 km from here there is a beach with mini golf and a kiosk. There is also an outdoor pool with a water slide and diving tower 5 km from here. If you are interested in fishing, there is a bay that is good for fishing pike. It is 200 meters from our house. Mörrumsån, which is known for its salmon fishing, is 10 km from here. There are plenty of small lakes in Karlshamn and the surrounding area. The nearest grocery store and gas station is on the outskirts of Karlshamn on the way to our area. It's 5 kilometers from here. The nearest train station is 7 km away and the nearest airport is 30 km away. Local public transport buses do not come out here. Other things to note The cottage has five beds, but otherwise it is quite small. If you are only adults, the cottage is better suited for four people. The kitchen consists of a kitchenette, i.e. a small refrigerator, two hotplates and a sink. On a bench next to it, there is also a microwave, coffee maker and kettle. I would be grateful if you would leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived, everything you need to clean is in the cabin. Don't forget to throw away garbage from the kitchen and toilet.
