This is a farmhouse in a small village in northern Kyoto surrounded by mountains, rivers, and rice fields. Limited to one group per day, this plan includes breakfast. The host couple and an old dog live here. We value warm interactions. You can relax like you are at home. The property has a main house and a separate guest house, a garden house, a handmade pizza oven, and organic vegetables grown in the field. There is also a handmade garden from the farm, where you can enjoy herbs and seasonal flowers. Experience the fun of country life through seasonal activities such as farming, picking wild vegetables, chopping wood, playing in the river, walking in the countryside, and herb crafts. We also recommend that you spend some time relaxing in nature without doing anything. ・ About 1 hour from Kyoto Station to Ayabe Station on the JR Sanin Main Line ・ About 20 minutes by bus from Ayabe Station to the nearest bus stop (one bus per hour) ・ We will pick you up at the nearest bus stop by car. About 5 minutes ・ There are no convenience stores, restaurants, or vending machines near the inn. The space It is a traditional Japanese farmhouse built over 100 years ago. In summer, when you open the windows, a cool breeze from the mountains behind the house passes through, and in winter, it gets quite cold due to snowfall, but the far infrared effect of the wood stove slowly warms you to the core. (You can go to the annex from the corridor) The detached house has a washroom, air conditioner, and small refrigerator, but the toilet and bathroom are shared in the main house. * Please bring your own sleeping clothes The host couple and their dog live in one room of the main house, so many of the main house's facilities are shared.We recommend the nearby Ayabe Onsen for bathing.(15 minutes by car) Also, please feel free to use the living room, garden house, and garden during your stay.
