Central apartment, sleeps up to 6 people, located in Gubbio (PG) in the east district (S. Martino-S. Lucia area), a 300m walk from the Roman Theater and 10 min from Piazza Grande and Palazzo dei Consoli. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, large garden (with swimming pool in summer), gazebo with dining area, private parking, and is equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation discovering this beautiful medieval city. The space The 60-square-meter apartment is on the ground floor of the building. ATTENTION: There are three internal steps leading to the kitchen. The pool is open from 06/01 to 09/30. The interior space is divided as follows: - KITCHEN with dining area, induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, moka coffee maker, traditional kettle, electric kettle and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, sofa and TV; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, single bed that opens, wardrobe and TV; - BEDROOM 2 with single bed and wall-mounted wardrobe; - BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower stall; - GARDEN with gazebo with outdoor dining area, swimming pool (4.20x2.40 m, depth 1.25 m), barbecue and parking area (on private property). Additional services available to the guest: free wifi, independent floor heating, fireplace, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes for a fee). Guest access Guests will have full access to all areas of the house and there are no shared spaces. Other things to note All identity documents of the guests must be presented upon arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax of €2 per person for the first 4 nights (per night) is not included in the rate and will be collected upon arrival, in cash. Minors up to the age of 12 and people residing in Gubbio are exempt from payment. Air conditioning and heating on and off are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: The average air temperatures should not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: The weighted average air temperatures should not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depends on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
