Lucia area) of Gubbio, in the hamlet of Perugia, a 300m walk from Teatro Romano and a 10 min walk from Piazza Grande and Palazzo dei Consoli. The flat consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, a large garden (with pool during the summer), gazebo with dining area, parking space, and is equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming medieval city. The space The 60 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. PLEASE NOTE: There are 3 internal steps to enter in the kitchen. The pool is available from 06/01 to 09/30 The space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with dining area, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, moka, traditional kettle, electric kettle and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, sofa and TV; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, single fold-out bed, wardrobe and TV; - BEDROOM 2 with single bed and wall-mounted wardrobe; - BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box; - GARDEN with gazebo with outdoor dining area, swimming pool (4.20x2.40 m, depth 1.25 m), barbecue and parking area (in private property). Additional facilities available for guests: free wifi, independent heating, fireplace, washing machine, folding bed (on request), drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Guest access Guests will have full access to all areas of the house and there are no shared spaces. Other things to note According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival. The city tax of €2 per person for the first 4 nights (per night) is not included, will be collected in cash. People who are exempt from the tax: Minors under the age of 12 and people residing in Gubbio. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
