The place is in one of the areas with the best view of Cumuru beach, the Canta Galo neighborhood. The house has five bedrooms (four of them with air conditioning and one with a fan), two of which are en-suites, a swimming pool, five bathrooms, a barbecue grill, and a garage for at least six cars.
