Nice furnished home in a safe, clean and quite community with easy access to I-30, located just 20 minutes from downtown Little Rock, AR. Our park has 2 stocked fishing lakes with fountains, and a swimming pool. City park with play ground and walking trail and god park nearby. The space Private building, shady yard, large porch with wooden rocking chairs. Big flat screen TV's, queen size bed and washer & dryer. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note Pets ok with approval. No pets over 40lbs and no aggressive breeds. Must be crated when alone.
