Cosy red cottage in beautiful surroundings

We are renting out our cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings close to the forest. There is garden with a big terrace and a greenhouse to sit inside if it is raining. The forest is a couple of minutes away and is great for walking & running. Skåneleden is also passing close by. There is a creek about 600 m from the house. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There are shops and nice lakes for swimming 10-15 km away in Osby, Vittsjö & Hästveda. The house is situated 30 km north of Hässleholm. The space The house is from the 1800´s but renovated with lots of love during the 90´s. We only use the house a couple of times a year for gatherings with family & friends and we thought it would be nice if more people could enjoy this cosy house. On the first floor there is a big living room with a fireplace (there will be a basket of wood for free and if you want more you can buy a bag for 5€) A bedroom with 2 singlebeds. A fully equipped kitchen ( but no freezer ! ) and a bathroom with shower. The stairscase leading up the the second floor is very steep so the house is not suitable for young children. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with 4 single beds upstairs. If you want to barbeque there is a grill in the garden. Pls note there is no washingmachine in the house! Other things to note The bathroom has a hot water boiler so shorter showers are recommended if there are many of you! The drinking water in the house is good quality ( drilled well 80 m deep) You need to separate the garbage carefully but don´t worry, you will find instructions in the kitchen. There is an old TV, it has no channels but we have have a cromecast you can use for streaming movies etc. The house is from beginning of 1800 and renovated in the 90´s so it is not very modern but instead very cosy !
