Serenity - Apartment in the Center

Wander through the historic streets of Pula early in the morning while the city is still sleeping and enjoy all the main Roman monuments that are just walking distance from the apartment and then head back to the apartment to take a moment of Serenity for yourself. The space Serenity Apartment (40m2) is a cozy and brand new renovated apartment ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating yourself with your partner, friends, families with up to two kids, or even on your own. The apartment is located on the third floor in a newly renovated Austro-Hungarian building without an elevator, in the city centre with close proximity to the all-important sights, bars, and restaurants in Pula. In the streets around the building, there are free public parking spaces where you can park your car (a reservation is not needed). Also, there is free flat WIFI (50/20 Mbit/s). The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (160*200), one bed for one person (80*200) and a big wardrobe. The bedroom includes bed linen, an ironing board, and an iron. In the living room, you will find a 4K ULTRA HD TV with Netflix and an air conditioner (cooling or heating). The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances (a refrigerator, an electric hob, a kitchen hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a water heater and a coffee machine) as well with spices (salt and pepper), oil, coffee, sugar, tea and honey). The bathroom has a shower and also includes towels, a hair dryer, a hair straightener, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper. All of this is included in the price. Guest access The apartment is created based on my personal aesthetics in order to ensure a pleasant and special stay to my guests. All the spaces are open to the guests and I would like them to feel like home. Other things to note The city centar is 250 meters walking distance from the apartment. The most famous and most significant monument in Pula - Colosseum is 600 meters walking distance from the apartment. The main square Forum is 900 meters walking distance from the apartment. The closest beaches (Valkane, Gortanova uvala and Mornar) are around 3 km from the apartment (7-8 minutes with a car or with a bus line 4 VALKANE from the bus stop ZAGREBAČKA -A (GIMNAZIJA - ŽUTA ŠKOLA).
