On the ground floor, you’ll find flexible sleeping options with a twin or double bedroom and its own bathroom, plus practical extras: a utility room, second fridge, and secure parking (garage for a small car or sheltered space for a larger one). Upstairs, the bright, spacious, air conditioned living area and fully equipped kitchen open directly onto a private, enclosed terrace — perfect for relaxed meals outdoors, with garden furniture and a barbecue ready to use. The top floor offers a quiet, air conditioned double bedroom, a modern shower room, separate WC, and a dressing room. Two bicycles are available for exploring Caunes and the surrounding countryside.
