Tigmi Nezha : Whole individual house on 3 levels

The house is a 10-minute walk from the beach, with exceptional mountain views. It's close to many shops, including an excellent bakery 100m away. You'll appreciate its calm, cleanliness, brightness, decoration with Berber objects and furniture, as well as its exceptional level of equipment (including fiber-optic internet and dishwasher) and comfort. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. The space The house was built in 2009 and has just been renovated. It has a total surface area of 200m2 on 3 levels, which are entirely at your disposal. On the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet with washbasin, an inner courtyard and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower. One bedroom faces the street, while the other two open onto a small inner courtyard that provides plenty of light while maintaining a very pleasant temperature in both summer and winter. The second floor comprises a vast living room opening onto a large balcony and the kitchen, and a second toilet with washbasin. The kitchen is very well equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, traditional oven, and numerous kitchen appliances). The living room is divided into a dining area and a large lounge with corner sofa and coffee table. A library is also available, as is a small HiFi system. Fiber optics (Maroc Telecom) were installed in December 2022. The balcony (approx. 12m2) is a particularly pleasant space with a hammock and table seating 8. The top level is a large terrace with a beautiful view of the village and the ocean 300m away. An outdoor sitting area has been set up on this terrace, where there is also a barbecue and a shower. Hot water is provided by a solar and electric water heater. Guest access Travellers have access to the whole house (3 levels) except for a small room on the terrace and a cupboard on the ground floor. All the equipment in the house is at their disposal. Six beds are available in the ground floor rooms. There are two additional comfortable beds on the sofas in the living room. You can enjoy a starry night on the sofas on the roof terrace, or use the seats as an extra mattress. A baby cot is also available.
