Bright & Airy Lower Level of Walk-Out Bungalow

Located in a friendly, quiet, treed neighbourhood in the east end of Sault Ste. Marie, we are offer a modern, bright and beautiful space. This is the lower level of a walk-out bungalow with 1750 square feet, private entrance and a covered patio for outdoor lounging. Complimentary WiFi, Bell tv, laundry and parking are all included. This home is situated on a large lot with the back yard dedicated to private guest use. Minutes to downtown, the location is perfect for anyone visiting the area! The space This space has been fully renovated to meet today's desire for modern and fresh spaces. The kitchen has full size appliances and a walk-in pantry for those who are staying for a while. Bathrooms are nice and clean and with large walk-in showers. The private back yard provides a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy. Note that this is a licensed Airbnb as per our municipal regulations. Guest access The entire unit is self-contained with a private entrance. Self check-in makes it easy for guests regardless of when you are due to arrive. Arriving in the dark? We have automatic lighting that will help guide you safely to the entrance. Other things to note Parking is available for 2 large or 3 average size vehicles on site. Parking is in a shared driveway with half the driveway provided to guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1750 square feet, this space easily accommodates our maximum of 6 guests. The space, however, cannot accommodate extra beds such as inflatable mattresses. The bedrooms, while spacious, do not have enough room for these items. Please note that the sofa does not pull out into a bed and that we request that is it not used as an extra sleeping area. Our accommodation for 6 people is meant to have up to 2 guests per bedroom.
