Lovely log home close to the forest

The log home is located in Bukkszentkereszt, just a short distance to Lillafured. It is nestled in the natural grace and tranquility of Bukk National Park. The quiet house is beautifully situated, our neighbours are deers, squirrels, wild boars and woodpeckers. The whole area is picturesque with undulating hills and soft aspects, charmingly unspoilt. Equipped with 2 bedrooms and a fireplace, modern kitchen and bathroom. You don't want to miss out on a vacation wonderland like this. The space The house is in the Bükk National Park in the middle of the wilderness and offering full comfort. The base of the house is from limestone and the upper part is wood. We rent the upper house - 2 levels. Many stairs until you reach the top but believe us - it is worth because of the view! The air is crystal clear and the noises are usually not suburban. If you go out during the night you may run into wild boars, deers, hedgehogs, frogs or rabbits just right next to the fence. We also have some woodpeckers who think the house is a living tree and they like to knock on it. Just tell them it is not :) Guest access You will have access to the whole loghouse - keys are provided. Other things to note Please, protect the environment! WARNING! For all our guests arriving late autumn and early spring: The home is not prepared for the winter walls are 10-12cm thick. That means (depending on the weather of course) you need to run the fireplace. There is plenty of wood available but it is your responsability to take care of the heating.
