We are one minute from those.** Inside, beautiful views cascade in from the hillside. From a distance, you can see the waves of Keuka Lake - a memorable vacation now awaits you. Gleaming hardwood floors span the length of the great room. White walls, and large picture windows offer a crisp, clean alluring feel - perfect for entertaining your guests. An island in the kitchen area provides ample space for your whole group to pitch in and create delicious meals. A large wooden table is ideal for family friendly dining. On the second floor, two private bedrooms are available for your group, both designed with comfort and luxury in mind. Off the great room, a master bedroom with king size bed can be found down the hall. Stunning views of Keuka Lake are offered through the sliding glass door leading to the main balcony. Across the hall, the second bedroom with barn wood accent wall. Completing the second floor, a full bathroom with white stone tile and a shower/tub combo is available. The vaulted ceilings in the great room offer the perfect hideaway for a loft. Climb the ladder and find a cozy sleeping den/loft area for an additional 2 guests. Two single beds await for you at the top. As you walk through the main door on the first floor, you will be see a large room with a dining area, living room, ping pong table, and arcade game. Down the hall contains two bedrooms. One a king bed with sliding patio door to the outdoor space. The second bedroom holds a queen bed. Next are laundry facilities and full bathroom. Located in the "Coolest Small Town in America," Clear View offers breathtaking scenery from sun up, until sun down. Spend the day wine tasting at local favorites like Dr. Franks Winery, Bull Hill Vineyards and an enjoy boutique shopping and dinner in the Hammondsport Town Square. It is recommended that you have 4x4 All Wheel Drive on your vehicle during winter weather ** PLEASE NOTE ** We have expanded our space to include 2 additional bedrooms (Now a total of 4 bedrooms, 1 loft area, 6 beds total).
