*Posh Pittsburgh* 2-story suite with pool & patio

Where elegance meets enchantment—this luxury retreat features a dazzling glass staircase, emerald forest views, a serene pool & spa, high-end appliances, and feng shui interior design. Enjoy a marvelous walk-in closet with granite island, luxurious skylit bathrooms, ample parking, and a two-story balcony for elevated living. Feel like a celebrity here where A-listers filmed scenes from the movie, Adventureland. This is more than a stay—it’s a rare experience in comfort and exclusivity. The space We (your hosts) stay on the property in the underground apartment with a private, secured entrance and we park in the side lot; there are not any shared spaces inside the home. You (our guest) enjoy 2 stories of serenity with an expansive patio and pool. There are 3 special bedrooms to experience: 1. The master suite - *Be the Sky* (not the weather) room: king-sized bed, private balcony, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with rainfall 2-person shower. 2. The *Soul* room: king-sized bed with interactive LED lights, Yamaha guitar, tribute painting, and mirrored walls. 3. The *Dormitory:* full-over-full bunk beds, desk, swivel-rocker chair, and ethereal pool view. Between the 2 full bathrooms upstairs, there is both a rainfall shower option and a shower with bathtub option. The half bathroom is on the first floor. There are 3 couches downstairs (in the living rooms) and the office on the first floor has a twin-sized futon with linens for 1 person. There is a 6-person hot tub that is available all year. Feel free to change the settings on the control pad. The pool is CLOSED now and opens in late April or early May (exact date depends on weather and bookings). The patio has a lovely balance of shade and sun and is surrounded by trees for privacy. The property has step-free access through the back gate by the pool. The pool and patio are listed as shared spaces in case we have to do maintenance or tend to our garden. It would only be one of us (your hosts, not strangers) doing routine yard work or pool/hot tub maintenance and we will notify you ahead of time. Location, location, location… - a few minutes off I-376 and the PA turnpike (Monroeville exit) - 10 miles East of downtown Pittsburgh ~ 15 minutes without traffic but make note of increased times in rush hour - 27 miles from the Pittsburgh International Airport - Within walking distance to Woodland Hills High School - schedule your family to stay here for any number of events at WH - football games, band/indoor competitions, and graduation! For pets: the back yard is fully fenced in and reinforced with metal and plastic mesh at the top and bottom (with the exception of the 2 gates). The gates are 55 inches high.
