Ranch home with everything necessary on main floor. A restaurant/bar within walking distance in front and a camping experience in the backyard with a huge firepit, so bring a tent! The lower level has a game room with a pool table, PS3 game system, TV, a kitchenette w/mini fridge/microwave, 2nd bathroom and a small workspace. There is parking for 6 cars. No stairs to access main floor. This is a rare blend of seclusion and access to everything else just steps or a minutes' drive away. The space The rooms are all very spacious allowing room to move. The kitchen has many small appliances so you can cook and bake just like at home. The Bedrooms both have dressers so you can unpack and feel at home. A high chair, crib, 3 different types of strollers so no need to haul all the baby/toddler stuff on your trip. There are lots of toys, games for all ages both inside and outside. Guest access Upon booking and before arriving text me a 4 digit code and that will be your access code. The entire house is your home away from home. The basement storage room doors are locked, just the usual tools/seasonal stuff you find in storage. Both front and back yard are for your enjoyment. Parking is in the driveway, please leave room to get by with the trash cans and open the gate. Other things to note We charge additional fees for parties and events. $500. Security deposit, $250.00 cleaning fee, and valid ID for all guests attending. We live next door. We do maintenance, trash removal (Wednesday Nights) and grass cutting. Occasionally you will see our cat, Rouge with the bad rudder, she has a short tail. She is friendly but shy. Last, some areas of the yard are roped and fenced off as they are under construction and/or maintenance for future amenities. In the future we plan to have chickens and will have fresh eggs available for our guests. Also, we are adding an herb garden which will be accessible to our guests. Be assured there is more than ample room to enjoy the yard, and access the fire pit.
