The space The fenced yard opens up to a stunning natural backdrop. The creek and fire pit sit just beyond the fence line, fully visible from the yard so kids and pets can roam safely while you soak it all in. Grill out on the charcoal grill, gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down, or just relax at one of two umbrella-shaded patio tables and listen to the creek. Request the blow-up pool ahead of time* (4 feet by 9 feet and knee deep) and cool off on those hot days. It’s the kind of backyard you didn’t know you were looking for. Inside, every room is spacious and comfortable — plenty of space to spread out and settle in. The fully equipped kitchen has all the small appliances you need to cook and bake just like home. Sink into the oversized L-shaped couch or the super-sized recliner, pull up to the pub table, and settle in for movie night on the huge TV — with super fast WiFi to keep everyone connected and streaming. Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered — the dining room seats 8 with a high chair available, plus children’s dishes and utensils, a crib, and both a full stroller and umbrella stroller so you don’t have to pack it all. Toys and games available indoors and out. Head downstairs and the fun keeps going. The basement brings a whole second level to your stay — shoot some pool, get some work done in the office area with a printer. Four additional twin beds with super comfy mattresses, plus an extra twin mattress on the floor if needed. A 2nd full bathroom, and a kitchenette make it a perfect setup for overflow guests or teens who want their own space. When you’re ready to venture out, The Rose Bar & Grill is just steps away, with plenty more local eateries minutes out. Shopping of every kind is close by, and easy access to Route 30 puts you on the turnpike & 376 in no time. And when the city calls, downtown Pittsburgh is just 20 minutes away via 376 — outside of rush hour, of course. Need something that’s not on the list? Just ask. Chances are, we have it. Long term stays are welcome upon request & approval. *POOL RULES: • Adult supervision required at all times for children and pets. Guest access On your arrival date I’ll send your WIFI guest password and the 4-digit code that will be your private door access for your entire stay. Park the 1st car in the driveway and extras just a few feet away in the adjacent parking spots on the right-in front of the double gates. It is All level, no-stair access directly to the house, so no hauling luggage up steps. The whole house is yours, make yourself at home. You should find everything you need a drawers and cabinets, including the area next to the dining room-games are under the board. Both front and back yards are yours to enjoy. *Please leave room to open the gates and walkways clear so trash cans and lawn mowers can get past. Other things to note We have a large blow up pool for kids or just to cool off and catch some sun. It’s available on request for a small fee for the water usage.
