Guest access The house and wellness equipment are completely private and unlimited, with the option to use them freely according to your wishes and needs. Therefore, using Airbnb does not exempt the guest from following the rules and commitments contractually accepted with Les 3 Clefs de GaYa during their stay. Upon your arrival, you will also be required to accept our terms and conditions, sign a declaration, and present an ID (CNI) before the keys are handed over. The occupancy capacity of the accommodation must be strictly respected. Access to any person not registered upon your arrival is prohibited (ID required). In the event of non-compliance with the number of people allowed or improper use of the equipment made available to you, additional fees of up to €400 per day of equipment downtime, in addition to any repair costs, may be requested. Your early departure may also be required, without refund or compensation for the remaining period of the stay. In the event of early departure or a shortened stay at the tenant's initiative, whatever the cause, the total amount of the stay initially booked remains fully due, and no refund can be requested for unused nights, in accordance with these terms and conditions. If, following a complaint made to Airbnb, the platform nevertheless proceeds to issue a partial refund that results in a reduction of the amounts contractually due for the stay, the security deposit may be used, within the limit of the amounts actually remaining due, to cover this difference, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions accepted by the tenant. The end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. However, guests are requested to leave the premises in good condition: trash cans emptied and removed, dishes clean and put away, griddle cleaned after use, and oven tray cleaned. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if the condition of the accommodation requires an unusually large amount of cleaning, an additional cleaning fee of €80 may be deducted from the security deposit. Wellness amenities and equipment are off limits to children and pets. Any breach of the GTCS, any damage, improper use of the equipment, any amount remaining due, or non-compliance with contractual obligations may be the subject of amicable negotiations or, if necessary, appropriate procedures allowing 3 Clefs de GaYa to assert its rights and obtain compensation for the damage suffered. The 3 Clefs de GaYa are operated by a company registered with the Limoges Trade and Companies Register and work in partnership with local tourism institutions, notably the Tourist Office, with which the establishment is also listed.
