Peaceful idyll in the countryside. The cottage is centrally located on the farm, private and undisturbed. Patio with barbecue, lake view, evening sun. At the back of the cottage, furniture with morning sun. Access to rowing boat and fishing in the lake 200 m away. Small bathplace with jetty by the lake. Berry and mushroom picking around the knot. Nice wood stove in the kitchen. Bathroom around the house knot with dry toilet and shower. 4G coverage About 50 min Stockholm, 60 min Arlanda by car. The space The cottage was built in 1892 and carefully renovated with preserved mirror doors, wide floorboards, wood stove. Lower level - Heated with elements : Kitchen, bedroom with 1 bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Wood stove. Upper floor NOTE NO HEATING - not available in winter. Family room with 1 double bed in a chamber, 2 single beds. The beds are separated by a wall. The chamber with the double bed is heated with elements, but too cold in winter at sub-zero temperatures. Narrow stairs to the upper floor, may be difficult for the smallest and oldest. Bathroom in newly built small shed, 10 sqm, 5 meters to the side of the croft. The bathroom has hot and cold water, a shower, sink and dry toilet. In the village there are horses, cats and dogs. Guest access Small swimming beach with jetty and patio with table and chairs. Free access to rowing boat and Canadians. Life jackets are available to borrow. Guests can fish in the lake, fishing license included. Fishing equipment is not available to borrow. Other things to note Wifi, limited pot with surf. If necessary, you can buy more surf. Good 4G coverage. We do not rent out for parties. If you wish to invite friends or family here who are not booked, you must ask beforehand.
