Welcome to our haven of peace in Tourbes, in the heart of a quiet subdivision. Two cozy double bedrooms, living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed, two terraces, BBQ, petanque court, and free parking. Enjoy the swimming pool (2.5 m × 4.5 m), which is accessible but unheated. Sheets, towels and cleaning included. Close to beaches (20-minute drive), vineyards, and traditional villages. The space Private villa with swimming pool and pétanque court Fully private accommodation located in a quiet residential area, ideal for 4 people (can accommodate up to 6 people on request thanks to the sofa bed in the living room). Outdoor equipment Private swimming pool measuring 2.5 x 4.5 meters (not heated). Two furnished terraces for your leisure time. Private petanque court Free parking space. Safety and swimming pool Child safety: A safety gate is installed on one of the terraces to prevent the little ones from accessing the area. Pool alarm: The pool is equipped with an alarm. This feature is not enabled by default so that guests can enable it as needed (instructions are available on-site). Pool maintenance: A technical visit for cleaning is scheduled every Wednesday between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. As the villa is completely private, please let us know if the water becomes cloudy; we will send someone over as soon as possible. Families and young children We are happy to welcome your children. Upon request, we'll provide you with the following for free: folding baby cribs, baby monitors, night lights, and games for children (0–3 years old). Included in your stay Linens: Bed sheets, duvets, pillows, and bath towels provided. Long stays: For long-term stays, we offer the option of having the linens changed upon request. Starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, dishwashing liquid, 1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 dish towel, and Sanytol spray. Location Conveniently located in Tourbes, in close proximity to the historic town of Pézenas and the vineyards. You can explore the charming local villages or reach the beaches in just a 20-minute drive. Guest access Guests have access to the entire, fully private accommodation. Other things to note Respect for the neighborhood The villa is located in a quiet residential area where there is excellent harmony among the neighbors. We appreciate you respecting the tranquility of the place. As such, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Waste management Out of respect for everyone, it is strictly forbidden to use the neighbors' private trash cans. Please place your waste in the village containers provided for this purpose, located on the Place de l'Église, about 100 meters from the villa. Damages and breakage In case of breakage or damage during your stay, please let us know promptly. This will allow us to work together to find a solution for the replacement or repair before our next guests arrive.
