Our typical 65 m2 house on 2 floors with terrace and garden, renovated in 2019 with a beautiful open living space on the ground floor, is ideally located close to the city center (400 m), shops (100 m) and the beach of Le Crotoy (600 m), 2 steps from the equestrian center. The space On the ground floor, a large living room of 35 m2, bright and pleasant to live in with living room, dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, overlooking a wooden terrace and a southwest-facing garden; toilet under the stairs with storage for maintenance, garden furniture for lunch or dinner outside. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom and a large rain shower, sinks and storage. Perfectly equipped, the house is ready to welcome you with the towels provided as well as the sheets for your bedding. The beds will be made so you only have to drop off your luggage and start your stay. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms have new bedding with a large 160 cm bed in the first and 2 90 cm trundle beds, bringing the sleeping space to 4 people once the drawers are deployed In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven in the kitchen, itself equipped with induction electric hobs, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room, the TV is connected to the Internet by a Red Box by SFR and the house is equipped with Wi-Fi. You can access the terrace and garden through a large French window overlooking the living room, and you will enjoy it privately throughout the stay. A gate gives direct access from the terrace to the street allowing you to leave bicycles, boots and sand outside the house when returning from your walks in the Bay of Somme! For children under 2 years of age, a travel cot, high chair and safety barrier at the top of the stairs will be available upon request. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Le Crotoy is located 2 hours by car from Paris, Brussels and Lille and 4 hours from London by the Channel Tunnel, direct trains from La Gare du Nord to Noyelles sur Mer (8 km, 12 minutes by taxi). Parking on the street perpendicular to the house is free off-season, but becomes paid as in the rest of the city from April 1 to November 30. A parking package is available at the tourist office or the municipal police office. Hourly payment can be made through the Pay by Phone app. Other things to note The cleaning fee is mandatory for your comfort and allows you to host you in the best conditions.
