There are three spacious bedrooms, two queen beds and one king, a full bath and a half bath. The bedrooms can accomodate a pack and play for little ones, there are two available. There are also safety gates, cabinet locks and a high chair. A comfortable living room with big screen TV and high-speed WIFI is perfect for hanging out and lounging. The fully-equipped kitchen is all set for preparing any meal, there is a gas barbeque grill and outdoor dining available. Laundry facilities are located in the basement along with a rowing machine and exercise mat. The backyard is tranquil and private with a patio as well as a small covered porch for morning coffee. It is a short ride to the Pitt and CMU campuses, also to the downtown attractions including Acrisure Stadium, PPG Paints Arena and the other sports venues. Other things to note Please note that our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. House Rules do not permit parties or large gatherings of any kind. There are quiet time hours outside in effect at 9:00pm on Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
