Ankara and especially the area where our apartment is generally night and day very safe • our apartment is located on a typical Ankara street. It will give you an idea of Turkish living experience • our apartment is also very close to some of the embassies such as French, German, USA, Italy and Egypt • there are also lots of local food , small fish restaurants and patisseries in walking distance • amenities include Hair Dryer (2000 W), Iron, Vacuum Cleaner, LCD TV, kettle, etc • our guests can use anything in the apartment, but please be careful when using them and please use them for only what they made for and don't take out from the apartment. It is full of interesting places and monuments. One of them is Ankara castle which enables you to see the 360 degree of Ankara. Ankara castle was originally built as a military defense. Another monument is Anıtkabir which is the mausoleum of the first and second President of the Republic of Turkey. Nowadays it is the museum of Ataturk and War of Independence. In Ankara visitors can also enjoy during April and May famous International film festival, Ankara Music Festival or Ankara International Cartoon festival. Guest Access All the place is yours. You can find everything in our rooms, also a work space. First check in time is 13.00 however you can ask for availability. No smoking in the rooms. Walk 5-10 min to house or U can get a taxi (40 dollars) House Rules: 1 - Check out time is 12 am. 2 - Make sure that you entered guest number right, otherwise you need to upgrade it. 3 - Don’t smoke in the room. 4 - Throw all trashes into the bin, don’t leave room untidy. 5 - You must check-in (enter) the house in check-in date, otherwise your reservation is canceled behalf of your side and you cannot get any refund. 6 - Don’t make noises which ll disturb other people in building. 7 - I try to respect others and the environment, please try not to leave lights, electric appliances or water running unnecessarily. 8 - Check-in is starting from 14.00 however you must CONFIRM it. Flexible check-in doesn’t mean you can come whenever you want. Ask for availability of room for early check-in. 9 - Use airbnb for messaging and contacting with me. 10 - Choose exact number of guests who will enter/walk in the house, even they visit you. One guest means, one ID. You can’t invite different guests with one extra guest. Airbnb official warning: You must accept all laws of Turkey, even giving ID physically for registration. 11 - Guest under 18 can not check in without their parents. There will be no refund, if you break all of the rules up there., 12- Microwave, turkish coffee machine, filter coffee machine and tea machine is in the garden (entrance) of the building, you must go down and use it. All of them are free and you can drink your beverages in our beautiful garden or under the pine trees. It is under common use. Please clean it everytime after using. 13- There is private parking space for 15 cars, if garage is full and if u can not find private parking place, it's not our responsibility and we can not help you. Sorry. 14- Reservation owner must indicate that she or he made reservation behalf of other person at the beginning of the reservation request. If not the reservation remains for the reservation owner and other person cannot use. There will be no refund, if such a situation happens. 15- Room cleaning while staying in the house is not including your reservation. We can talk for this when you came to apartment. 16- Dogs under 10 kg is allowed to our listing. 17- There is private and secure motorcycle parking all the time. We will protect them. 18- AC is only working for cooling between 1 June to 1 September in summer. Heating system is central gas system. Registration Details 06-179
