The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a ground floor entrance and is suitable for up to 5 people. On a living area of about 75 sqm there are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed, children's room with double bed and extra bed or cot), an extra living room with cozy couch and cable TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a private terrace with garden furniture in front of the entrance area. In addition, guests can use the large covered and heated terrace with free WiFi, sun loungers and a BBQ. Infant equipment is available on request. Wallbox for electric car available. Family-friendly farm with play & fun for children and recreation & nature for adults. Rabbits, goats, chickens, Muscovy ducks and cats live on the Mattheishof, and cows and calves live in the large dairy barn about 300 meters away. While our little guests are happy in the play garden (with playhouse, swing, sandbox), in the large play barn or with our many pedal cars, parents and adults can relax on one of the outdoor seating areas or on the large covered and heated terrace and enjoy the nature surrounding Mattheishof. The BÄREAL spa adventure park, the wave pool, the summer toboggan run, hiking trails and the city center are all within easy walking distance.
