Built in the early 19th century the house constitutes part of one of Falmouth's finest period residences and is situated just a few minutes level walk from the centre of town with all it's shops, bars, restaurants and other attractions. The beaches are also just a few minutes walk away. Set over 2 floors this deceptively large accommodation has been decorated in a contemporary style but retains all of its original period details. There are 3 large double bedrooms (all with sinks in the room), 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with fireplace, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Outside there is a well stocked garden with plenty of outdoor furniture - perfect for sitting out on a sunny day or evening. There is unrestricted parking on the street outside the property, although this can be limited at certain times of the day. Should you need to contact us we are available via telephone or email. Our housekeeper is in the area if you have any minor issues during your stay. Key collection is via a Keysafe box at the entrance. Falmouth is abundant with good restaurants, bars and pubs. There are also many local attractions including the National Maritime Museum. There are boat trips to numerous destinations from the main pier and the local beaches are extremely popular. There is a frequent local bus service and Falmouth Town and Falmouth Docks railway stations are both just 3-4 minutes walk away. There is no need for a car when you are staying in town and there are many walks including the South west coast path just a few minutes stroll away. Further afield there are all the well known attractions that Cornwall has to offer.
