Enjoy being above the Med with views of the sea and garden. A lounging spa and pool mark the large gardens. 20 miles to St. Tropez or walk down to the 4 beaches , 4 restaurants and market plus a mni golf at our doorstep. San Peire with its Monday market day, is 5 min. and has a long, sandy beach. pharmacy, hair stylist, shops, bakeries, trendy bistros across from the sea. Nearby Frejus has Roman ruins, beach and palm lined blvd., bistros and shops lining the street and full beach views. The space A newly renovated luxury street level villa with a bautifull pool and spa. 2 stylish bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with spices, oils and vinegars are available, Bosch dishwasher and convection oven, a gas range and American size frig. A bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, sink and bidet seperates the queen sized bedroom with armoir and bureau and unique live edge head board from the twin bed room with it closet and smaller bureaus, and its custom painted focus wall. Along the hallway is the fully equipped cooks kitchen, gas range, convection oven, microwave, Bosch dishwaser and frigerator. All spices, oils, vinegars provede. Next is the open plan salon with an Italian sofa that can be made into another double bed if needed. The comfy swivel chairs allow visiting or turning about to see whats on the flat screen tv. A fireplace with cupboards next to it has board games and childrens toys. There is an office desk under the window to catch up on your business while away. Next to this is a door to the laundry and beyond is the extra W/C. The dining area is open to the salon and seats 6 and like the salon has French doors to the terrace with views of the sea and beyond. A buffet has all the extras as wine glasses, tea cups and saucers, cheese board cutlery, table cloths etc. The terrace has outdoor dining and loungers to relax in surrounded by a large garden, views of the Med and far off San Raphael and the Esteral Mts. Our spa is at the bottom of the garden , use the outdoor shower for the spa or to wash off sandy feet from the many beaches below us. Go around the garden from that and up a few steps is our new fire pit to relax about as the day cools off into evening. Enjoy our garden art, the many unique giant plant pots, and the wooden artistic piece next to the spa , a glorified towel rack made by the owner. Check out the websites for Favorite Medieval Villages to explore, always wanted to walk the Red Carpet then drive the 50 min. to Cannes and see the star studded side walks in front of the Film Festival Hall just above the yacht lined harbor. Monaco also is fabulous for its famous Casino that you can take a peak in with out heading to the tables, just above the yacht harbor below the Grimaldi Chateux. Rainy day? We use this as an excuse to drive the 90 min. to San Remo and have a luxurious lunch in Italy. This is the fun of being in the heart of the Riviera..choice, choices.
