Beautiful Victorian home close to beaches.

Deep Green is a beautiful Victorian townhouse full of character and rustic charm, only 2 minutes walk from the town beaches, cinema, shops, cafes and restaurants. With the house sleeping up to 8 guests, it is perfect for families wanting the Cornish coastline on their doorstep. June-August we are only able to accept whole week (Sat to Sat) bookings. The space Our three story Victorian townhouse is on a quiet residential street in the heart of Newquay. With a calm and serene atmosphere filling the house, our guests will enjoy using this space as a home away from home. Our house can sleep up to 8 guests with five bedrooms and a double sofa bed (if required) in the living room. There is a sheltered,sunny, patio area in the back with outdoor furniture. Downstairs there is a light filled open plan living room and dining area, with 40" digital TV, PS4, sterio sysyem and a range of DVDs, CDs and vinyl to choose from. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast table, fridge, electric cooker and hob, microwave and dishwasher. Utility area has a freezer, washing machine and dryer. With a downstairs toilet also. The first floor has three spacious double bedrooms and a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. In one of the bedrooms there is an ensuite shower/toilet and the other two bedrooms have walk in wardrobe/changing rooms. On the top floor there are two single rooms with a separate toilet and shower room. The house has free fibre broadband. This is our family home and we kindly ask all guests to remove sand and wetsuits etc in the back garden before entering the house but other than that we hope you make yourself at home. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and back yard. Other things to note Free WIFI is available. Bath towels and bed linen are provided, but please bring beach towels. Free on street parking.
