As soon as you enter the property, you will be delighted by the bright, friendly atmosphere. The open kitchen, which seamlessly merges into the spacious living room, is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Cook with your loved ones in the modern kitchen with high quality appliances such as stove, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine and a handy espresso machine (Dolce Gusto). The dining area with space for 6 people invites you to social dinner evenings, while the sofa corner with beautiful L sofa and fireplace in the living room invites you to relax and linger. Enjoy evenings together on a movie night on the TV or browse through the books provided. The unique location of the house in perfect southwest orientation ensures that you can enjoy the view of the idyllic Sieltief. The two terraces (a small one in the south and a large one with a canopy in the west), the beautiful jetty and the fenced garden (there is no fence to the water) are a true dream for nature and tranquility lovers. Here you can enjoy the sun on warm days, barbecue (an electric grill is provided) or relax comfortably in the garden furniture. The garden also has a sunbathing area that offers space for the children to play while you enjoy the quiet surroundings. For the younger guests, the accommodation is particularly child-friendly, and your dog is also welcome – so nothing stands in the way of a shared vacation! A highlight of the Sielentium is the sauna available for exclusive use – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the area. The house offers you a total of three bedrooms equipped with fluffy beds and plenty of storage space. They are the perfect retreat for a good night of sleep. One of the bedrooms is located with two single box spring beds, wardrobe and TV on the ground floor, the two other bedrooms are each with a double box spring bed (1x 1.80 m, 1x 1.60 m), wardrobe (once even accessible) and TV upstairs. In addition, two modern bathrooms are available, which are equipped with large floor-level showers, towel radiators, hair dryer, toilet and sink. The large bathroom on the ground floor also offers the sauna, washer and dryer. The entire house is tiled and equipped with pleasant underfloor heating, all windows have screens and pleats (in the bedrooms to darken). In the storage room you will find clothes rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and other useful household helpers. In front of the house is a large garden house incl. Electricity connection, so that comfortable e-bikes can also be safely parked and charged here. A car parking space is also provided. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available (We do not guarantee for full availability and sufficient speed). A wallbox for charging an electric car is also available after prior registration. The neighboring houses are "Huus Fernleaf" and "Moor Huus Auszeit" should you need more space.
