The space The house has a living area of 90 m² and the garden is 644 m², Due to the spatial distribution it is also suitable for a longer stay for up to five people. Access to the house is virtually barrier-free via a low step. Everything in the house is completely barrier-free, no steps or thresholds - everything is at ground level. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are 2 parking spaces on the enclosed property.
