The space The house sits across the road from the Illinois River. There is no access to the river from this residence. The view is good for bird watching and river barges traveling up and down the river. Guest access Guest have access to house only.The garage is currently occupied. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind in the house is allowed. No fire pits or other similar fire devices allowed .
