Friend's Getaway

Just a few minutes from town! Ground level. Two bedrooms (master with a queen size bed & one with a full size bed); 1 1/2 bath (master & half bath is in the laundry room); kitchen with an island and 3 oak bar stools); laundry room; living room ( ample seating includes: full size sofa, over-sized loveseat, chaise lounge, and wooden armed chair). The living room has a patio door with small concrete slab sitting area with a view of a barn; and a dining room ( round oak table with 4 oak chairs). The space The house sits across the road from the Illinois River. There is no access to the river from this residence. The view is good for bird watching and river barges traveling up and down the river. Guest access Guest have access to house only.The garage is currently occupied. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind in the house is allowed. No fire pits or other similar fire devices allowed .
