Please do not park on the right side marked “Reserved for Caretaker.” 2- The owner lives in the attached ADU on the same property and has a private entrance. 3- The upstairs game room/library features a low railing. For safety, parents must supervise children at all times when using this area. 4-Pets are welcome — up to 2 pets with a $150 per pet fee (or $300 total for two).
