Family home located in the countryside close to Val D'Europe/ la Vallée Village et Disneyland Paris. The house enjoys a garden and a terrace. Bedroom is upstairs quiet with views of the garden. Very welcoming family. Family home with large garden, calm and tranquility. The space Family room that can accommodate 3 people, with private bathrooms. The bedroom is equippedwith a double bed and a single bed. Ideal for relaxing before or after Disney, it will offer you all the necessary amenities. You will find, in the en-suite bathroom, sufficient towels and in case of forgetfulness, some hygienic products. Given the hundred events, we have added a microwave and a kettle, which will allow you to prepare a little juice and warm up something. Close to Paris, your car will be secure. During your visit, it may be parkedin a private parking lot. One space is guaranteed per unit. The garden has aswing and a trampoline. Sunbeds and chairs are self-service. You will simply be asked to store them after use. However, please note that during the fall and winter seasons, access to the garden is temporarily suspended for security reasons. Thank you for your understanding. For breakfast, it can be served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.. It is of continental type: 1 coffee or tea, 1 pastries and fresh bread per person. Park within 20 minutes. - The house is quiet from 11pm to 8am and therefore, if there are children, it is recommended that it be supervised by an adult. - Possibility of smoking in the garden only.
