Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may require. Linen is provided for all beds, including quilt covers and pillowcases. Flat sheets are not supplied. The bathtubs are for standard use only, the spa function is not operational and is not advertised as a spa feature. Please note that the garage is not accessible for parking; parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Live TV is not available; however, streaming services can be accessed on the smart TV. Please note, being located on the east coast of Australia, occasional sightings of insects such as cockroaches can occur depending on the season and weather, despite regular pest control. Also, the property uses a standard off-peak hot water system rather than continuous hot water.
