Apartments Šumava Boubín

We offer a nice and quiet place in nature with attractive opportunities for the summer and winter seasons. The cottage is located in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area on the border of the largest Czech primeval forest Boubín. The location is perfect for planning walking and cycling trips to the area. In summer, beautiful Šumava nature offers the possibility of mushroom picking and swimming in the waters of the Warm Vltava River. In winter, it is close to groomed cross-country skiing trails and ski areas. We look forward to welcoming you to our family accommodation. The space The building consists of 2 identically equipped apartments with separate entrances. Each part is for 8 - 9 people. Each apartment has a spacious hallway on the ground floor, a bedroom (2 beds + 1 bed) with access to the terrace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. It is connected to the living room, in which there is a sitting area, fireplace, TV and a second entrance to the terrace. From the living room there are stairs to the attic, on the first floor there is a larger bedroom (2 beds + 1 bed + extra bed option) and a smaller bedroom (1 bed + 1 bed). The whole building is fitted with large windows and is therefore pleasantly bright. The spacious covered terrace with dining table and sun lounger overlooks the romantic valley of the Teplá Vltava. The apartment has a bathroom on the ground floor (shower, bathtub, sink, hairdryer) and a separate toilet, on the first floor there is another toilet. Guest access A stable outdoor seating area with a fireplace is available on the property (each apartment has its own). In the common areas there is a sandpit, a children's climbing frame, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, a portable grill and a small grassy area for games, petangue. For children we have a baby cot, dining chair, potty, books, board games, toys.
