The kitchen handles crowds with ease thanks to a full Thermador appliance suite, Italian marble countertops, handcrafted cabinetry, and an oversized island that naturally becomes the gathering spot. A guest bedroom with private bath and porch access, plus a laundry room and half bath, round out the level. Upstairs, two primary suites offer private balconies and well-appointed baths, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a soaking tub and oversized rainfall shower. A bunk room with two full-over-full bunks adds a kid-friendly setup, and a wet bar on the landing keeps snacks and coffee close.
