Newly renovated studio loft that's walking distance to the beach, shops, breweries and restaurants. It's bright and breezy with beautiful mountain views and a 2 minute drive to our local Franklin Hiking Trail. Sleeps 2 comfortably and has a pull out sofa bed. There is private off street parking for 2 cars. Private gated yard, cozy patio with a BBQ, table and chairs. Important things to note: We are near the freeway, so there is some freeway noise. A wall is now up which has really helped reduce the noise. Otherwise we are tucked back in a private and safe neighborhood. Due to the lofted ceilings, the bathroom only has a bathtub with handheld shower, not a stand up. There is full shower which is located outside. It has private access from the loft. We do have an AC unit that cools the loft nicely. Hair dryer, dishes, flatware, glasses, mugs and pots and pans. Shampoo, condition and body soap. Dog policy: We love dogs and welcome yours here at the loft however we do have some rules. We do not allow cats. -you must notify us at time of reservation to get approval for bringing your pet. Without this approval, we are unable to accept your pet. -there is a flat $100 fee per dog during a 28 day stay. -your dog may be left alone on the property for short periods of time as long as they are well behaved to stay alone. -please keep your dog leashed in public areas -we ask that your pet be clean, well groomed, and have current shots and flea & tick care -an aggressive dog is not welcome, nor are young puppies. -owner will be responsible for any damages, injury or lost revenue, that may be caused by their dog. -owners must agree to be responsible for any and all damage done by their dog. -the dog owners credit card on file will be charged for any and all damage done by their dog.
