This cottage located right by the sea with a stunning view protected from the view of shrubs and trees. Bridge and large plot in front of the cottage on a cape. The cottage is 35 sqm with kitchen, bedroom and living room. Close to family-friendly activities. The space In the living room is a sofa bed with two beds. (A pull-out separate bed) and the suspended swim couch itself) The bedroom has two 90 cm beds. There is also an extra tent bed. There is a dining table with 4 seats and a smaller kitchen with sea view. Equipped with kitchen equipment such as coffee maker, toaster, stove and oven, fridge and freezer. Shower and toilet about 30 meters from the cottage in separate shed. There is no running water in the cottage, but you fill up water cans from which you pump the water. The plot has outdoor furniture,barbecue, life jackets. Sometimes there is a small working motorboat. The water at the bridge is deep! (dangerous for toddlers) The jetty is wide with a bathing ladder. Very close to the bath-friendly Östra Bokö. Approximately 7km to Karlshamn through Vettekulla area. Stugan ligger i Yttre Matvik. There is a bedroom with two separate beds for two people. In the living room there is a bedsofa with two separate beds. There is a small kitchen with kitchen tools and basic things that are necessary. The bathroom is in a separate cabin nearby (30 m) with a toilet and shower. The lot has a large dock with a ladder so you can access the water easily. We have a newly built deck thats equipped with outdoor furniture and sunbeds. The lot is big and protected with bushes and trees around. This cottage has an exclusive surrounding and the sea is just outside your window. Lifevests and a small motorboat is sometimes available for 10 euro. Its 7km to the summer city Karlshamn. There is a small grocery store 4km away in Hällaryd or larger ones in Karlshamn. There are boat rides from Matviks harbour and also from Karlshamn out to the many islands nearby. Guest access Spacious transparent protected plot with large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Large dock further down on the cape. Located 10 m from the water. Located further out on a cape than what is shown on the map. You have a pretty lot infront of the cottage to use. There is also a dock from where you can go swimming. The cottage has a big deck with outdoor furniture and a grill. The gps has difficulty finding the last small gravel road. But I can insure its right by the sea and further out thats is shown on the map. Other things to note Only cold water is available in the cabin that you pump up from a larger can. Better dishwashing facilities are available at the toilet stall outside. Only coldwater in cottage that you pump with your foot from a bin. Outside the toilet house is a larger sink with cold and warm water for better dish washing.
