With separate living and sleeping areas, thoughtful amenities, and a spa-like bathroom, the suite is a comfortable home base for solo travelers, couples, business trips, or longer stays. On the main level, you'll find a comfortable living area with a large Smart TV and high-speed WiFi, along with a dining table that doubles as a convenient workspace. The compact kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator and hot plate for preparing simple meals and snacks. A fan is also provided for additional comfort. Step outside to your private porch, furnished with a two-person outdoor dining set—a cozy spot for morning coffee or a little fresh air. Upstairs, a small coffee bar is conveniently located in the hallway. Just beyond is the spacious bathroom featuring a spa-like shower with dual shower heads. A few additional steps lead to the private bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, generous closet space, and dresser storage. A Note About the Property This is a fully private guest suite located alongside a separately occupied main house. A long-term resident lives in the main house, but there are no shared indoor living spaces between the guest suite and residence. The suite is accessed independently from the side of the house through the gate beside the driveway. Follow the pathway to your private porch and entrance. Because the accommodations are located on the same property as another residence, you may occasionally hear normal household activity. We ask everyone on the property to be respectful of one another so guests and residents can enjoy their own private spaces.
