35mq accomodation in a recently renovated house. Perfect for couples or families. Could feel a bit tight for 4 adults. Free private car park. Barbeque. TV, Air-conditioning, Safe storage. A double size bed and a double size sofa bed. Very closed to a lovely pastry (savoury and sweet). The space Possaccio is a very quiet area where to rest peacefully. However there are not restaurants in the area, it is necessary to go to Intra (3km) or Pallanza/Suna (6km). Intra center: 2km Ferry departure: 3km Beach (closest): 3km (10' driving, 40' walking) Train station: 9km (15mins driving from the apartment) Bus stop: 1km Verbania it's the perfect place where you can enjoy a bike ride with family, friends, for road bike flat or hilly training or mountain bike. Here you can relax at the lake or hike up the mountain taking in the amazing views the area has to offer. There are water sport, zip line, small adventure park for kids, swimming pools and others. And of course there are lovely "gelaterie", restaurants and pizzerias in the area that we can recommend. Other things to note Tourist tax not included, to be paid at the house at the end of your stay. It is €1 per person per day. Kids below 6 years old don't pay. Towels and bedding are included. To have a complete change during you staying the cost are as following: €5 for 1 person €9 for 2 people €13 for 3 people €15 for 4 people It is possible to use the washing machine (not in the room) at extra cost. Please contact us for more info. The room is not suitable for people on wheelchair. Verbania-Pallanza train station is in Fondotoce, 9km from the house (15' drive). There is a bus leaving from the train station every 30min. The closest bus station to the house is at 1km. for info, check the web site: VCO TRASPORTI (Omegna-Verbania-Omegna).
