It has a large living and dining area, 4 bedrooms, a hallway, 2 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets and a fully equipped kitchen. kitchen. In the living area there are 2 large sofas, 2 armchairs with footstools; in the dining area there is a large dining table that seats 8 people comfortably. There are 2 high chairs for children. Upstairs is a large and cozy living hallway with a very comfortable wing chair - the ideal place for good books! The very large garden is particularly beautiful. It is fully fenced and has a sandpit, swing and play equipment! A hammock invites older guests to linger. The beautiful, wind-protected wooden terrace is furnished with two garden tables and chairs, as well as garden loungers. Of course, the barbecue (charcoal - please bring your own) should not be missing. There is enough space in front of the house to park two cars and lots of bicycles. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Guest access The entire house is at our guests' disposal. There is space for 2 cars in front of the house. Other things to note We would like to ask you to treat the house, garden and furnishings with care. Please report any damage immediately to our on-site manager. Please also let us know immediately if something is not to your satisfaction. The final cleaning is obligatory and amounts to 180,-€ per stay. Dogs are welcome, but there is a charge of 50,-€ per stay. The house is ready for occupancy by 15:00 at the latest! If you want to arrive by car (parking lot is directly in front of the house), please remember to book the ferry in time!
