After a day of skiing or hiking, unwind in our large hot tub, nestled in a serene, private wooded setting. Please note: Hot tub use ends at 10 PM—no exceptions. Security cameras are in use on the property. The space Our private home is ideally located near bike trails, ski slopes, and scenic hiking paths. House Rules (Agreed Upon Booking): No parties – This is a peaceful retreat, not a party house. We live nearby and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for parties. Noise complaints may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Strict quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect our year-round neighbors—after all, we’re one of them! Guest limit: The number of booked guests is the number allowed to stay in the home and use the hot tub. Hot tub use ends at 10 PM. No exceptions. Please treat the hot tub with care. Excessive wear, damage, or additional cleaning beyond standard turnover may result in a minimum $150 cleaning fee. If the hot tub must be drained due to misuse or contamination, a $500 service fee may be applied. No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside or around the property, including porches and doorways. Shoe-free home: Kindly remove your shoes indoors to help maintain the space. No pets. Guest access Guests have full access to the private hot tub and all amenities. We take pride in keeping our hot tub well-maintained and serviced regularly. Other things to note We do have a security system/cameras on site. **Grocery Tips:** If you're coming from out of the area, we recommend grocery shopping in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood. Our local grocery store, Crow Creek Mercantile, is limited but convenient for last-minute needs. The tap water is safe to drink. A standard drip coffee machine is available — please bring your favorite ground coffee.
