Timberline Treehouse Chalet w/new large hot tub

Beautiful Girdwood Chalet with great views! Walking distance to the mountain resort and local restaurants and other venues. After a long day of skiing or hiking relax in our new hot tub and enjoy the private wooded setting. Hot tub use ends at 10pm every night. No exceptions. Security cameras in use on the property. Due to Covid 19- guests are required to follow all state and muni mandates: https://covid19.alaska.gov/travelers/ Private home near bike trails, skiing and hiking. ***HOUSE RULES / AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING*** Absolutely No Parties. We live close by and consider this home to be a place to relax & enjoy the wonders of Girdwood. If you plan to party, please book another home. Zero tolerance for parties. Any valid noise complaints, could be a forfeit of your deposit. Strict outdoor quiet hours: 10pm-8am. We live in a community of year round residents. Please treat our neighbors like you would treat your own. Plus we are one of your neighbors! Please remove shoes and treat the home with respect. The number of guests you have booked is the number of guests who are allotted to stay in the home/enjoy the hot tub. Hot tub hours end at 10 PM. No exceptions. There is NO smoking allowed inside the property or around the doors or porches. This includes vaping and any legal or illegal drugs. Booked guest have access to our private hot tub. It needs to be treated with respect and show limited wear and tear. We have it cleaned and treated often but extra cleaning will require an additional fee of $150. Guests will have access to a local host. Convenient neighborhood and just a quick walk from the mountain and the Girdwood Brewery. Car recommended but walking around is doable. We do have a security system/camera on site.
